I was really excited to stay at this hotel due to its promise of a pool view, but was disappointed with the actual view from room 106 which only showed the shade of the entrance to the pool side. Despite the spacious room, our requests for a discount and clarification on extra charges were met with delays and inconvenience at the reception. Sound insulation in the rooms could be better as I struggled to take a nap in the noisy afternoon atmosphere.
